Cancellation policy 

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to rearrange your booking. However, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice, otherwise we will need to charge a call out fee of £60. 

If you need to cancel without rebooking, you will be responsible for paying in full for all materials ordered.
